Many times, Kings and Queens, we think we are "not where we should be." We think, "I am far behind," however, the truth is, God leads our path if we are led by His Spirit.
Psalms 37:23 KJV says this, "23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way."
Let us be reminded that this is the truth we should stand by when our minds tell us that we are not doing enough or even not feeling enough. We can allow the Lord to heal our perspective and view on life. We can pray to ask the Lord to restore our souls as David did in Psalms 23.
Psalms 23: 3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake
This passage allows us to understand that no matter what we face in life, God is there. Not only that but HE can restore us. Our soul is comprised of our mind, will, and emotions. Those are the parts that get impacted the greatest as we grow and go through our lives journey. Our souls often go untended or under-tended if I can say it that way. This is why at times our core beliefs, or the way we see things in life is skewed. So, my prayer for us today, is that we allow the Lord to restore our soul. As we do that, we can have the mind renewal necessary, to see life the way our God sees it.
Prayer: Father, thank you for keeping us, covering us and allowing us to walk on our God paths daily. Thank you for keeping us aligned with You and Your vision for our lives. We ask you to help us see life the way that you do. Help us to stay on task. We thank you for everything you have done, currently doing, and will do for our lives. We say and pray these things, in Jesus Name, Amen.
