Loyalty

Just a couple words, Stay loyal. Regardless of what you give people or what they take, stay loyal. Never let a person's actions take you out of character or cause you to give up. Learn to stay faithful when few seem to be. Learn to keep moving when times get challenging and learn to keep your word. Remember, in life if you can't keep your word, don't give it. Know that faithfulness and consistency pays off. Stay encouraged and keep moving forward.

Goodbye Victim, Hello Victory

In life you have to know how to choose your battles. You must always know when it’s time to let go of certain things, situations, or people. Everybody has gone through something in life at some point that wasn’t favorable and we must learn how to move pass the past and live joyfully for now as well as our future. Past traumas or disappointments may try to visit your thoughts every now and then but you have to know when to tell those pestering thoughts that visitation is over. Your past hurts/disappointments may have you operating from a victim mindset but you must know how to overcome that mentality to move on to a victory mindset. The mere fact that you’re still here after all you’ve been through, should be clear evidence that you were made to be victorious. It’s easy to point fingers at other parties who you believe are responsible for your past hurts but to be honest, that’ll only keep you in a victim mindset. You must learn to forgive for your own sanity and freedom. You must learn to take responsibility for your own life and move on. The people that once hurt you may never apologize so be willing to make the mature decision to forgive them anyway. Also, be willing to look at yourself to see what you need to change to be a better you. You must realize that the life you have, only you can live. You can’t allow what happened in your past to keep you in bondage forever. Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed. So do yourself a favor and choose to let go of past hurts and disappointments. It’s time to be free. There‘s so much more to life then what you‘ve already been through. Look in the mirror and remind yourself of the things God says about you. Never forget, Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Keep telling yourself, “My future looks bright,” in Jesus Name. So regardless of what you’ve encountered or will encounter, keep your eyes on God and you’ll always end in victory. Stay encouraged Victor and keep God 1st.

That Abraham Faith

Quick thought: We can learn a lot from Abraham  just in Genesis 22 between verses 2 and 3. God spoke and Abraham obeyed, no questions. Sometimes we can talk ourselves out of the blessing God want us to have by overthinking what we’re supposed to do. We have to keep in mind that God knows and has seen our end to our beginning. There's a reason why God asks you to do certain things. God is not trying to trick you but He's trying to bless you.

Think about it, how would your parents react or feel if every time they asked you to do something you had a million questions before doing it? Just as most parents, they have your best interest at heart, God has your best interest at heart. There’s a purpose for the route God will have you take in life. See the bigger picture, God loves you too much to waste your time. So trust Him and what He asks you to do. Know that you’ll always be lead to victory when God is leading you. So regardless if you understand all the instructions God gives you in life, just follow them. As Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” He’s directing you to destiny.  Have faith in God, the One that CAN’T fail. Stay encouraged, Eri

The Chosen Shall end First Place

You may start last but stay encouraged that's not your final destination. The Bible says, last shall be first for many are called but few are chosen (Matthew 20:16). The race is not about who can start the quickest but it's about who can endure to the end. Just because everyone around you may seem to be soaring by you, that doesn't mean you'll end in last place. As I often say, you have to know your race and know your pace. God can soar you beyond expectation in a blink of an eye. Everyone may have counted you out, forgotten about you, people may have even given up on you but if you'll just hold on to God he'll soar you to where you need to be. As the late Apostle Betty would say, God is up to something good. Never forget that. Know that people don't determine your success, you do by the choices you make so keep moving. God is in the business of using the foolish things(the world may think) to shame the wise (1 Corinthians 1:27). He takes those who people least expect and make them kings and queens (1 Samuel 16). He can take who He pleases at any moment regardless of education, qualification, financial position, status, and bring you from the back to the front. Rejoice because God remains faithful and He ALWAYS has your best interest at heart(Hebrews 10:23). So don't get discouraged if you started getting established late in life or if you have to start over or if you don't feel qualified because God qualifies those He calls! Keep moving forward in the things of God and know who God is. HE can't lose, keep Him first. God Bless. -Eri

Keep Growing

There’s always a lesson to be learned, so pay attention. You have to be willing to grow with the test and keep overcoming the obstacles. God sees everything even when you can’t. So never lose hope or your focus. Now is not the time to back up but it’s time to thrust forth. We have work to do. Things will not always be the way you want them but if you keep letting God lead you, they’ll turn out better. God will always give you beyond expectation when you do things His way(Ephesians 3:20). No pity parties, stay content. You can do ALL things through Christ who gives you strength (Philipians 4:13). There are things you won’t be able to go around but you’ll have to go through them. Either way, God is with you the whole time and will never leave your side. Keep maturing and go to the new levels God want you to be at. Sometimes, you may have to be uncomfortable to be positioned for greatness. In all that you do, never forget that life is worth living. When life throws a punch at you, punch back, don’t give up and you’ll see your desired results. Keep walking out purpose and keep God 1st.  You’re on the winner’s road. Stay Blessed.
